We’re very sorry to tell every supporting customer that we’ve received the information from our cooperating logistics agent that DHL doesn’t accept any vape package temporarily.
And there's no news or info that when the limitation will be removed. When it does, we'll share the news & let you know. At this current moment, we have to change the shipping method from DHL to E-Post.
E-Post: We now are working with PostNL and China Post. PostNL is more suitable for customers who are located in the Europe. The price of E-post is the cheapest, but its weakness is obvious too. The shipping could take about 20-30 days or even more. Also, there may not be any tracking info updated online when the package has left China. But the package will be trackable again when the package arrives the country of destination. Means that there could be a period that the tracking info is blank.

We ship to most countries worldwide, Most of the orders (In-stock items) will be shipped out in 3 work days. But due to the holiday or vacation, it may takes longer. Please keep an eye on our social media or our homepage. We'll have announcement if there's any public holiday in China. Also, the tracking number will be provided within 2~3 work days after despatch.
