If the product has manufacturing defects, non-human-induced damage, or any issues affecting its normal usage, you can apply for warranty service.
- If you discover any quality issues with the product, please immediately contact the store of purchase and follow their guidelines for returns or exchanges.
- If you're unable to reach the store, you can provide the purchase receipt (or proof), clear photos or videos displaying the product issues, as well as photos of the anti-counterfeit code. Then, contact the manufacturer: support@dovpoecig.com. You can send the product to the manufacturer in China for repairs or replacement.
- For product issues within the warranty period, our company will cover the cost of shipping the product back from China to the customer's destination country.
- For products outside the warranty period, all costs will be borne by the customer.
- Products issues caused by human factors are not covered by any form of after-sales support.
- Loss or damage of packages during transportation to the manufacturer will not be covered by any form of after-sales support.
- Damage to products due to natural disasters such as earthquakes or force majeure is not covered by any form of after-sales support.
